BALE EYEING REAL MADRID SWANSONG

 

Tottenham Hotspur forward Gareth Bale is said to be keeping tabs on events at parent club Real Madrid and that he wants a final season with the Spanish champions. This is according to the various reports emanating from the media in Spain and the United Kingdom. Gareth Bale is a Real Madrid player but he’s on loan at Tottenham Hotspur for this season for his second spell in North London. Gareth Bale was a Spurs player until Real Madrid paid a record transfer fee of £85.3m to sign him in 2013.


His return to Spurs at the start of this season has not yielded the expected results especially for the player as he has been left out of the team on several occasions by manager Jose Mourinho. The Welshman has featured in just nine of the 22 Spurs games in all competitions and he has two goals to show for his troubles, one in the Europa League and the other one in the Premier League. Gareth has played a total of 509 minutes for Spurs under Jose Mourinho this season. He’s said to be paying close attention to the developments at Real Madrid. MADRID STILL COUNTS ON GARETH BALE

 

Spanish champions Real Madrid still counts on Tottenham Hotspur forward Gareth Bale despite the fact that the Welshman is not there for the present season. According to Spanish newspaper AS, Real Madrid are looking up to Gareth Bale to ease their financial worries ahead of next year. Bale is on a season-long loan deal at Premier League table toppers Tottenham Hotspur from Real Madrid having joined former club Spurs for his second spell at the start of the current campaign.

Real Madrid handed Bale a lucrative new contract worth €30m annually some years ago and that proved to be a stumbling block for the Los Merengues when the Welsh international wanted to leave the club this summer. The La Liga giants had to share his wages with Spurs for him to move to North London. BALE AGENT TO DISCUSS FUTURE WITH MADRID

Gareth Bale’s agent Jonathan Barnet is due to hold talks with Real Madrid to discuss the future of his client. The club is keen to find a solution to the current situation between the player and club.


The former Tottenham Hotspur winger has been involved in a standoff with the club and manager Zinedine Zidane. The Wales international was always on the bench for the majority of Real Madrid fixtures following football’s resumption in June. He played just 100 minutes in La Liga after the restart.

Gareth Bale Described as the Best Athlete

 

Jesus Olmo, ex-doctor for Real Madrid football team described Gareth Bale as the best athlete he has ever seen. Despite Bale getting injured so many times and struggling with them in recent seasons, Olmo explains why he describes him as the best one. The Welshman has enjoyed a career with so many highlights at Real Madrid since 2013 when he joined the club by moving unexpectedly from Tottenham Hotspur. But often, he has faced questions regarding his individual statistics, despite being able to do enormous things. Bale has struggled with troublesome injuries in the past few years and that has become a reason for frustration for the Los Blancos management.

In spite of all these factors, Olmo never stopped to praise the athletic ability and game skills for Gareth Bale. He said Bale is a player who has excelled in the running between different countries before he got his professional breakthrough at Southampton at only 16 years of age. Olmo also said that he cannot think of any other athlete who has the ability to excel in almost any kind of sport. Bale is the best athlete according to him.

SANCHO URGED TO JOIN BAYERN

Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho has been urged to join German football giants Bayern Munich by club legend Lothar Matthaus. There has been a lot of talk of moving to the Premier League as many employers seek his services. Sancho is one of the most sought-after players in Europe due to his impressive performances.


The 20-year old is the youngest player in the history of German football topflight to score 15 goals and have 15 assists in a single season. Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City have been linked to Sancho but Matthaus preferred if the player remained in Germany.

ZIDANE WANTS MORE OFFENSIVE POWER FROM ISCO

Isco scored his first goal of the season against Osasuna as Los Blancos overcame their inferiors after going behind early on and head coach Zinedine Zidane now says it was high time Isco started trying more shots towards opposition net to increase the scoring chances of his team in matches.


Gareth Bale was supposed to be the one playing upping the play of Los Blancos in the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo instead the Wales international has allowed the love hate relationship between him and the fans to dry up his will to be his best whenever he is appearing in that all white jersey.
