My house mate and I have been arguing over a certain Welsh proverb for a few months now. He says it’s absolutely silly and makes no sense. I think I understand it, but I’m not sure. “Deuparth gwaith yw ei ddechrau”
I think it means something to the degree of “Two thirds of the work is starting it”, and I assume it means that getting the motivation to do something is the hardest part of the job.
