The 26-year-old came up with an incredible reputation as one of the highly talented youngsters in world football. He has been at Chelsea for five years after having joined the club for around £ 32 million. In this period, he has managed to win several honours including the Europa League and the Premier league title. On an individual basis, Hazard was crowned as the PFA Player of the Year during the 2014-15 season.

However, Hazard failed to improve on this campaign as he had a season to forget in the 2015-16 campaign. Now, though, he appears to be one of the top players at Chelsea once again, although not necessarily the best. Hazard has scored 10 goals and created 4 in 25 appearancesthis season. Gareth Bale Could Be the Greatest British Football Export, says Coleman

Welsh national team manager Chris Coleman believes that foreign Gareth Bale can become one of the greatest footballing exports from British football.

A number of high profile players have made the switch from British football to major leagues like Spain and England in the past, with one of the most prominent in recent times being David Beckham. The former England captain played for Real Madrid, AC Milan, and Paris St Germain in a stellar career. Bale seems to be on the verge of overtaking him as one of the most-high profile players after securing a world record transfer to Madrid in 2013.

The £85 million transfer fee may have since been eclipsed by the transfer of Paul Pogba to Manchester United, but Bale remains as one of the top British players playing abroad. Coleman has had the opportunity to build the Welsh national team around the 27-year-old.

It is not a surprise that the national team has managed some incredible results in the last four years after the emergence of Bale. Even Ryan Giggs was not able to help the Welsh national team reach major competitions, but Bale even helped the Welsh team reach the finals of the Euro 2016.

Coleman says that the all-round understanding of the game has been a much improved element of Bale since he made the move to Madrid. “He’s always been fond of running, he’s got so much energy. He’s such an athlete but where he has improved is knowing when to run and when to rest and that’s important not to burn himself out. His all-round understanding of the game has grown. I think he’s been under such scrutiny at Real Madrid, every game he walks onto the pitch, there’s pressure and he has to produce, which he has,” said the Welsh national team boss.

BALE’S LONG THROW-INS, ANOTHER WEAPON

Real Madrid star, Gareth Bale says his long throws could be an extra weapon in Wales’ arsenal after terrorizing Austria’s defence with series of accurate deliveries into the box during Thursday’s 2-2 World Cup qualifying draw.

One of the 27-year old several throw-ins was converted to Wales’ second goal by Kevin Wimmer (own goal) in Vienna and which he subsequently caused panic on many other occasions with ball in hand.

And Bale, better known for his tireless speed and prowess with the ball at his feet – has no reservations about adding dangerous throw-ins to his already well-stocked attacking prowess. He hopes it would be useful for them in their other upcoming World Cup Qualifying matches as well.

“I will like to hear what my teammates have to say concerning that and what the manager says, I suppose it is another weapon we have got and, if we need to use it, we will use it,” he told reporters on Saturday. Continue reading BALE’S LONG THROW-INS, ANOTHER WEAPON
